The 2019 Nvshu Cultural Tourism Week opened at Tongguan Kiln Ancient Town in Changsha on October 12. More than 300 Nvshu works are exhibited, attracting many visitors.

Nvshu, or “women’s script” literally, is the world’s only script designed and used exclusively by women. It was discovered in Jiangyong County, Hunan in the 1980s. In 2006, it was included in the list of China’s first batch of national intangible cultural heritages.
