The City of Media Arts—Central China (Changsha) Printing Industry Expo 2020 opened at the Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center on June 8. It was jointly guided by the Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China, Hunan Provincial Press and Publication Administration, Hunan Printing Association, and China South Publishing & Media Group; and organized by the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee Publicity Department, Changsha Press and Publication Administration, Changsha Evening News, Changsha Municipal Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television Bureau, and the Changsha Municipal Cultural Market Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau.
As the first printing industry exhibition in China after the COVID-19 epidemic, the exhibition was themed “Intelligent Innovation, Green Development”. It covered an area of 18,000 square meters with nearly 238 exhibiting brands. The exhibition has set up eight major areas, including the comprehensive special exhibition area for printing and packaging brands; the printing and packaging equipment area; the VOCs treatment/printing enterprise image area; printing and packaging consumables and paper display area; digital enterprise image/digital quick printing equipment area; graphic advertising area; advertising logo exhibition area; and, print media image display area. During the exhibition, the Central China (Changsha) Printing and Packaging Equipment Exhibition, the Central China (Changsha) Graphic Advertising Exhibition, and the Central China (Changsha) Digital Quick Printing Equipment Exhibition will be held to open up the upstream and downstream fields of the industry; establish a large industrial platform; and, create more trading opportunities. The exhibition will last for 3 days and the audience number is expected to reach more than 20,000.
