At 12 o' clock on June 10, an angler was fishing on a rock in the river under the No. 3 Bridge of Chujiang Neighborhood, Shimen County. Unexpectedly, the upstream power station opened gates to discharge water, so the water level of the river suddenly rose. The man was unfortunately trapped in the river.
