Government Schedule Epidemic Prevention,Control, Safety Production Work

Du Jiahao, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, and Xu Dazhe, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Hunan governor, schedule the work on ongoing epidemic prevention and control, and safety production at the Intelligence Control Room of the Public Security Department of Hunan Province on June 14 afternoon.

       On June 14 afternoon, Du Jiahao, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, and Xu Dazhe, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Hunan governor, deployed the work on ongoing epidemic prevention and control, and safety production, especially hazardous chemical and road traffic safety, at the Public Security Department of Hunan Province. Secretary Du emphasized that we should take the rebound of the epidemic in Beijing as a warning; take unremitting efforts to thoroughly enforce the regular measures for epidemic prevention and control; consolidate the hard-won progress in epidemic prevention and control; learn a profound lesson from Wenling oil tanker truck explosion in Zhejiang province; put the people's lives in the first place; tighten dangerous chemical management; take resolute and forceful steps to address longstanding problems in road traffic safety; do a good job in workplace safety in every field; and firmly safeguard the overall safety and stability of the province.

Provincial leaders Hu Henghua, Xie Jianhui, Zhang Jianfei, Chen Fei and Xu Xianhui joined in the inspection tour and the discussion.

Secretary Du and Governor Xu inspected the patrolling and prevention and control of the province’s relevant highway transportation via video system at the Public Security Department of Hunan Province. They also met with heads of the provincial departments concerning public security, cyberspace, industry and information, transportation and emergency response; and listened to the province’s road transportation security control of tourist chartered buses, liner buses and dangerous goods transport vehicles and Changsha’s hazardous chemical management.
