Senior Leaders Deploy Flood Control Work

On the morning of July 9, Du Jiahao, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee secretary, and Xu Dazhe, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee deputy secretary and Hunan governor, analyze and study current rain, flood and disaster conditions and deploy the work of flood control and disaster relief at Hunan Emergency Command Center.

On the morning of July 9, Du Jiahao, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee secretary, and Xu Dazhe, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee deputy secretary and Hunan governor, went to the Hunan Emergency Command Center, where they held a video conference with persons in charge of meteorological and hydrographic authorities and city heads. They analyzed and studied current rain, flood and disaster conditions and deployed the work of flood control and disaster relief. Secretary Du stressed that departments at all levels should put flood control and disaster relief first, and mobilize all staff to ensure the safety of people’s lives.

Provincial leaders including Zhang Jianfei, Bi Yi and Chen Bo, and Hunan Armed Police Corps commander Li Minghui attended.
