Hunan High-speed Railway Stations Provide Customized Services for Travelers

On July 16, the Changsha South Railway Station announced customized services for travelers in a bid to facilitate Hunan’s tourism sector to resume work and production. This is based on the circular issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on July 14, saying that travel agencies have been given permission to resume trans-provincial group tours.

Nine categories of services will be provided, including ticket booking, safety security green channel, pick-up and send-off at platforms, meal ordering, corporate publicity, taking a train, waiting for a train, luggage management, and others.

The services are applicable to 18 Hunan high-speed railway stations, including Changsha South, Yueyang East, Miluo East, Zhuzhou West, Hengshan West, Hengyang East, Leiyang West, Chenzhou West, Liling East, Xiangtan North, Loudi South, Shaoshan South, Zhijiang, Xupu South, Huaihua South, Xinhuang West, Xinhua South, and Shaoyang North.

Now the services are open to members. Companies in need may complete membership registration free of charge via a mini program “Guang Tie U Cai (广铁U彩)”. They need to fill a basic information sheet and submit documents including business license and tax registration certificate. And now membership fee will not be charged for the time being.
