Free Summer Vacation Shows for Children Staged at Hunan Cultural Center

On July 18, a wonderful puppet show raised the curtain for its summer vacation performance season for children at the Hunan Cultural Center. More than 20 shows will be staged every Saturday through August 29.

A variety of programmes including acrobatics, magic, flower-drum opera, Peking Opera, puppet shows, and classic children's films will be presented. The performances are produced by the Hunan Puppet and Shadow Art Protection and Inheritance Center, Hunan Flower Drum Opera Protection and Inheritance Center, and Hunan Peking Opera Protection and Inheritance Center.

The event is part of a public welfare program of the Hunan Cultural Center. It is open to the public free of charge. Those who are interested in the shows can follow the WeChat account of the "湖南省文化馆" and make an appointment. When watching performances, audiences should follow the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.
