Hunan&Hainan FOC exchanged experience in the seminar.

On November 20, Li Caiwang, party secretary and chairman of Hainan FOC led fieldresearch delegation to visit Hunan FOC. The delegation visited the cultural wall of Hunan FOC, watched propaganda videos and held a seminar on the work of FOC. Li Zuyuan, member of the CPC Leading Group and vice chairman of Hunan FOC, as well as heads of various offices of the provincial FOC attended the meeting.

Li Zuyuan extended a warm welcome to the delegation of Hainan FOC and introduced the situation of Hunan FOC and the work carried out since this year. He said that there were similarities between Hunan's holding of the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo and Hainan's building of a free trade port. The FOCs of Hunan and Hainan should have close exchanges, learn from the advantages of both sides, combine local characteristics, further focus on the center and serve the overall situation, and make solid progress in various key work.

Li Caiwang praised the work of Hunan FOC in serving economic construction and serving overseas Chinese, and briefly introduced the construction of Hainan free trade port. He said that Hainan FOC would learn from the excellent experience and practice of Hunan FOC, give full play to the advantages of overseas Chinese resources, create new brands, develop new platforms and promote the work of the Federation to a new level in terms of attracting investment and attracting wisdom and building the "home of overseas Chinese". It was hoped that the FOCs of Hunan and Hainan would strengthen exchanges and cooperation and complement each other's strengths. Meanwhile, overseas Chinese from Hunan are warmly welcomed to invest in Hainan and promote the common development of the two provinces.

At the meeting, heads of offices of Hunan FOC made brief introduction to their respective work. The two sides also communicated with each other on the construction of the "home of overseas Chinese", attracting investment and wisdom, serving economic development and safeguarding the interests of overseas Chinese. On November 24th, the delegation of Hainan FOC went to the home of overseas Chinese in The Qingshuitang Community and the Cultural Exchange Base for Overseas Chinese (Historic and Cultural Block of Taiping Street) in Changsha city for on-site fieldresearch.
