Overseas Chinese shared their feelings in Yueyang

On December 10th, the "2020 overseas Chinese hometown tour" and the investment promotion meeting of Yueyang were held. More than 100 overseas Chinese came to Yueyang to share their feelings and talk about cooperation.

At the promotion meeting, Huang Fang, chairman of Hunan FOC and secretary of Hunan FOC Party Committee, thanked Yueyang Municipal Party Committee and government for their strong support to the work of FOC. She pointed out that the purpose of the meeting was to provide an opportunity for overseas Chinese to understand the situation of Yueyang and promote mutual promotion, cooperation and common development between Yueyang and overseas Chinese. She hoped that all of the attending guests would give full play to superior resources, such as capital, technology and connections, and do a good job in bridging and pooling strength. At the same time, it was hoped that all relevant departments of Yueyang would continue to adhere to the purpose of serving overseas Chinese, promote the introduction of preferential policies for overseas Chinese brands, create a better business environment, enable more overseas Chinese enterprises to set up in Yueyang, share the fruits of development, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Hu Jianxin, member of the Standing Committee of Yueyang Municipal Party Committee and minister of the United Front Work Department of Yueyang Municipal Party Committee, introduced Yueyang city from the aspects of economy, science and technology, culture, tourism and so on, and extended an invitation to all the overseas Chinese. All overseas Chinese were welcomed to visit Yueyang and actively participate in the construction of their hometown, so as to jointly help Yueyang's high-quality economic and social development.

During the activity, the overseas Chinese guests inspected the project of new Jinbao with an annual output of 13 million ink-jet printers and Chenglingji International container terminal, and visited the International Overseas Chinese Cultural Exchange Base of China Federation of Overseas Chinese and Yueyang Tower of Hunan Overseas Chinese Cultural Exchange Base.
