Online Epidemic Information Registration Available for Coming to Changsha

The 2021 Spring Festival is approaching, and waves of COVID-19 infections are resurging  in many places. The Changsha COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Center recently issued a notice on further clarifying epidemic prevention and control measures for personnel coming or returning to Changsha from low-risk areas during the Spring Festival travel rush. It requires that persons coming or returning to Changsha should take the initiative to report to local community or village committees.

In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the Changsha Data Resources Management Bureau and the Changsha Health Committee jointly launched an “epidemic prevention column [防疫专区]” on the APP “My Changsha [我的长沙]” on February 3. The column allows people to make registration on information required and policy queries online. This can effectively reduce the risk of infection, and facilitate intelligent epidemic prevention. People can download the APP “My Changsha”, or use the mini program “My Changsha” on WeChat to handle epidemic-related affairs online.

The epidemic prevention column also provides service about queries for travel information. Users can click “Query for Travel [出行查询]” , and then select “Place of Departure [出发地]” and “Destination [目的地]” to obtain epidemic prevention-related policies of their place of departure and destination. They can also get real-time epidemic information and updates from the “Recommended Information [资讯推荐]” at the bottom of the page.

Instructions

1. Scan the QR code to download the APP “My Changsha [我的长沙]”.

2. Log in the APP “My Changsha [我的长沙]”, select “Epidemic Prevention Column [防疫专区]” in the “Recommended Services [推荐服务]” sector of the “Service [服务]” page, and click “Registration [来长登记]” to enter the information registration page.

3. Select “Register Now [立即登记]” on the information registration page, truthfully fill in the registration form for epidemic prevention and control investigation, and click “Submit [提交]”. The information will be automatically updated to your neighborhood committee.

The APP “My Changsha” kindly reminds that, in order to protect the health of you and your family, it is necessary to keep abreast of local epidemic-related policies and comply with them. For those who come or return to Changsha, please register as soon as possible and fill in your personal information truthfully; take the initiative to report to local community and village committees; and, consciously assume the responsibility for epidemic prevention and health protection.
