On March 12, Hunan Overseas Chinese chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan OCCC") held the third president conference in Xiangjia Village, Longhui county, Shaoyang city.The meeting discussed and exchanged relevant matters such as the work plan of the provincial OCCC in 2021, the financial budget from 2021 to 2024, the process of the second council and annual meeting of the third session.Sun Minsheng, vice chairman and member of the party group of Hunan FOC, affirmed the work of the president of Hunan FOC and made a speech on the mobilization of the study of the party history.Sun Minsheng pointed out that to study the history of the Party was necessary to firmly believe in the Red Party, strengthen responsibility, gather development forces, deeply understand why the Communist Party of China "can", so as to promote the thriving development of overseas Chinese enterprises under the good policies of the Party.As a foreign-related chamber of commerce, the provincial OCCC should firmly establish the "four consciousness", firm the "four confidence", achieve the "two maintenance", actively practice the new development concept, construct the new development pattern, and help Hunan "three high and four new" strategy.Members of Hunan OCCC should firm up their ideals and beliefs, closely combine personal development with national development, and enhance the status and influence of overseas Chinese business association by means of self-help and mutual assistance. Hunan FOC would play the role of root, support the development of enterprises, and do its best to safeguard the interests of overseas Chinese and serve them.

Zhuang Qining, part-time vice chairman of Hunan FOC and president of Hunan OCCC, said that the development of the chamber must adhere to the leadership of the party, the chamber of commerce to work into the party and the nation's overall work plan as a whole, the positive response to a national "area" initiative, cooperate with the provincial overseas investment promotion activities, find out the breakthrough point, focus on the development of Hunan business opportunities, achieve win-win cooperation.The chamber should conduct in-depth research on the operation and development of its member enterprises, provide legal services to them and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.In the next stage, the chamber of commerce should actively participate in the "rural revitalization" work, increase the frequency of activities, strengthen internal communication, mobilize the enthusiasm of Hunan OCCC members, stimulate the vitality of the chamber of commerce, improve the appeal and influence of the chamber.
