Zhangjiajie FOCsigned a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhangjiajie Branch of Bank of China.

On April 9th, the second plenary meeting of the second congress of Zhangjiajie Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce was held. Sun Minsheng, member of the party group and vice chairman of Hunan Federation of overseas Chinese, and Lv Yi, vice director of the standing committee of Zhangjiajie Municipal People's Congress attended the meeting and made a speech. Liu Hui, Mao Binghua, Ye Jingtao, vice-chairman of Hunan FOC, attended the meeting.

Sun Minsheng fully affirmed the contribution of the first council of the Zhangjiajie Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce and put forward new requirements for the new team of the Chamber. Sun Minsheng said that OCCC has been working as an important economic and science and technology work platform to bridge Overseas Chinese and local communities, the entire chamber should strengthen the cognition of its organize and identity, correctly understanding for the relationship with the contribution, correctly handling the relationship between individual and organization, realizing resources sharing, the means of development. It was hoped that Zhangjiajie OCCC would strengthen its own construction, improve rules and regulations, enhance its service level for overseas Chinese, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese businessmen, and build the chamber into a warm, united and striving home for overseas Chinese businessmen. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of resources, while strengthening the development of its own cause, make use of its overseas "circle of friends" to help Zhangjiajie attract investment and intelligence, serve Zhangjiajie to improve its "international brand", and make new contributions to the construction of new Hunan.

Lu Yi, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Zhangjiajie Municipal People's Congress, expressed his gratitude to the Provincial Federation of Overseas Chinese and the overseas Chinese who have paid close attention to the development of Zhangjiajie, and affirmed the contribution made by Zhangjiajie OCCC in recent years. It is hoped that Zhangjiajie OCCC would take the opportunity of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the theme series of Hunan FOC as an opportunity to fully tap the resources and stories of overseas Chinese in Zhangjiajie. At the same time, the resource advantage of FOC and the OCCC should be further exerted to introduce more talents at home and abroad, play the "Overseas Chinese" card well, and promote the high-quality development of Zhangjiajie. Departments dealing with overseas Chinese should consciously combine serving overseas Chinese with economic construction, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese, and strive to achieve the great development of "Overseas Chinese Affairs".

Zhuang Qining,vice chairman of Hunan FOC and chairman of Hunan OCCC expressed warm congratulations for conference convened hopes for Zhangjiajie OCCC to carry out various forms, practical and effective work, actively participate in the local economic and trade cooperation, science and technology exchange activities, boost the development of economic construction of Hunan, and spread its voice.

The meeting elected Tian Gang as president of Zhangjiajie OCCC, Xu Xiaobin as executive president, Ding Xiangyu as executive vice president, Deng Shaoyun as vice president, Dai Minghong as the secretary general, Mao binghua as the honorary president. At the meeting, Zhangjiajie FOC and Bank of China Zhangjiajie Branch signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The meeting also praised advanced enterprises in epidemic prevention and poverty alleviation.

New president Tian Gang said he would lead a new team, firm the ideal faith, keep the correct political orientation, keep in mind the responsibility, cohesion and influence. He asked members of chamber to do the practical work, to do good, practical and trustworthy job in service.
