Hunan FOC and Zhangjiajie signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement

OnApril 9, Hunan Federation of Overseas Chinese and the Zhangjiajie Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to further strengthen the deep integration of the resources of overseas Chinese businesses and enterprises in Hunan and the tourism brand resources of Zhangjiajie, and boost the high-quality development of Zhangjiajie and the mutual benefit and win-win situation of overseas Chinese businesses and enterprises.

Huang Fang, Party Secretary of the Hunan FOC, said that the framework agreement would pave a "fast track" for the economic and social development of Zhangjiajie. It was hoped that Zhangjiajie, based on its own resource advantages and industrial needs, could launch high-quality projects to connect with Hunan FOC, open a green channel for the implementation of overseas Chinese enterprises' projects, streamline the approval process, and provide a good investment environment and convenient conditions for overseas Chinese businessmen and enterprises. Hunan FOC determined to give full play to the role of bridge and link, and guide overseas Chinese leaders and businessmen and talents of overseas Chinese to invest and do business in Zhangjiajie. At the same time, Hunan FOC would work on promoting Overseas Chinese community investment, investment promotion project support, and guidance concerning the propaganda media, to actively promote zhangjiajie, truly achieve strategic docking "flow", "pragmatic" in the specific cooperation, methods on "innovation".

Liu Gean, Secretary of the CPC Zhangjiajie Municipal Committee and Mayor of Zhangjiajie, expressed warm congratulations on the signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement and briefly introduced the situation of Zhangjiajie and its achievements in epidemic prevention and control and flood control. He said that the signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement would further enhance the level of cooperation between Hunan FOC and Zhangjiajie, deepen the cooperation areas, improve the effectiveness of cooperation, and provide a new platform for overseas Chinese entrepreneurs to participate in the construction and development of Zhangjiajie. It is hoped that overseas Chinese businessmen and elite entrepreneurs will invest in Zhangjiajie. Zhangjiajie will provide quality services for overseas Chinese businessmen and entrepreneurs, create a good business environment and achieve win-win cooperation.

In the future, the two sides will carry out investment promotion activities, exchanging and concluded international friendship cities, promote the international image, to carry out in-depth cooperation with overseas media into Zhangjiajie activities, etc, to the masses of returned overseas Chinese, overseas Chinese together play "overseas Chinese" and "zhangjiajie" brand, booster zhangjiajie high quality development.

At the signing ceremony, the Bureau of Commerce of Zhangjiajie introduced the situation of Zhangjiajie and the key investment projects, and held the donation and awarding ceremony of Hunan Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Hunan huaxing industry company donated 10 million yuan to hunan overseas Chinese public welfare foundation, Macao Juntian group donated 2 million yuan, Hunan Renlian enterprise development company donated 1 million yuan. The above funds will be used to promote rural revitalization, help students and the poor, and provide assistance to the people of Hunan, including Zhangjiajie, in their shared development.
