Fu Xiaochan, deputy general manager of Yiyang Pengcheng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., won the title of 2021 "May 4th Hunan Outstanding Youth of Overseas Chinese community".

Since graduation in 2011, Fu beared the girder of the family business, at the same time actively responsed to the "area" initiative, relying on the abundant experience studying successively developed overseas markets such as India, Ukraine, Iran, created the export orders growing 30% a year, accounting for more than a quarter of the total order of good grades, made a contribution for the economic development of Hunan.

Fu Xiaochan said that in the next stage her company would be busy in the upgrading of product efforts, to open up power, communications, automotive electronics, smart home industry and other fields, looking for more development direction. At the same time, in the next five years, the company will realize the "information, intelligence and automation", use 5G technology to realize the interconnection of equipment, build an automated factory, and make contributions to the implementation of the "three high and four new" strategy, and strive to build a modern new Hunan.
