Recently, the founding meeting and the first member representative meeting of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of Hunan University of Technology and Business (HUTB) was held in Changsha. Huang Fang, secretary of the Party Group of Hunan FOC attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting elected members of the first session of FOC of HUTB.The newly elected chairman Luo Xiaoge said that the federation would unify thought, raise awareness, continuously strengthen the overseas mass base, fully make effort in build "home of overseas Chinese", play positive service to members of it.

Chen Xiaohong, Party secretary of HUTB, said that the establishment of the FOC would open up a new channel for the university to attract talents, strengthen overseas ties and enhance its international reputation.The university would in further gather the strength of the vast number of returned overseas Chinese, overseas Chinese and their families, and provide an important driving force for the development of the university.
