2021 OCMT in Hunan kicked off in Changsha

On October 11, the "Pursuing a Dream of China -- Happy Hunan" 2021 overseas Chinese media tour(OCMT) was launched in Changsha. Huang Fang, party secretary of Hunan Federation of Overseas Chinese, Guo Qihua, vice minister of the Information Communication Department of China Federation of Overseas Chinese attended and delivered speech. Li Zuyuan, party member and vice chairman of Hunan FOC attended the ceremony as well.

Huang Fang said, in recent years, Hunan in the industrial, manufacturing, economy, science and technology, information technology has made remarkable achievements. She did hope all the attending overseas Chinese media through the tour get deep understanding of Hunan and feelings of Hunan's cultural background, social economic development and people's happy life, and promote Hunan in various ways to let more overseas readers and foreign friends objectively and truly understand Hunan, participate in Hunan's development, and share the achievements of Hunan's development.

Guo qihua hoped that the overseas Chinese media would take unique perspective to discover and perceive Hunan, which was happy, beautiful and rich. They could listen, see, think, take pictures and report more, and tell the stories of China and Hunan well. In the future, he also hoped that overseas Chinese media would continue to care for and support the work of the All-China FOC And Hunan FOC, and renew friendship and discuss development together.

16 October 12 solstice, the central works regarding overseas Chinese media and overseas Chinese media more than 20 editors and reporters went to Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, and field interview Shaoyang, understand Hunan economic development of science and technology achievements and nation's contribution to the poverty alleviation works, and to the world to promote hunan, hunan culture charm of the profundity and hunan.
