October 17, Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industry Park Overseas Chinese Association (Malanshan OCA) establishment meeting was held.Sun Minsheng, party member and vice chairman of Hunan Federation  of Overseas Chinese, Chen Hui, president of Changsha FOC, Yan Chengfang, Deputy Secretary of Kaifu District Committee and Head of United Front Work Department of Kaifu District Committee, Xiong Jianwei, chairman of District CPPCC, Li Ming, Deputy secretary of Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park Party Working Committee and Director of Management Committee, Huan Lin, secretary of discipline inspection Committee of Management Committee attended the meeting.The conference was presided over by Malanshan Video cultural and creative Industrial Park Party working Committee member, vice director of management committee Hu Zhaohui.

Also attending the conference were Zhang Chengqi, vice President of Univercity of Technology Sydney, Jin Dayong, academician of Australian Academy of Sciences, Shen Shaomin, famous contemporary artist living in Australia, leaders of various associations, representatives of organizations operating units of the park incubator, representatives of overseas Chinese communities and representatives of international friends.

Meeting deliberated and passed the "work regulations (draft)" and "f first congress election method (draft) of Malanshan OCA. The first members of the committee had been elected, Xiontg Xin had been elected as President, Zhang Xun and Li Xiao as vice chairmen, Liu Jing as secretary general.

In order to better promote the work, the preparatory committee decided to hire Gan Xianke as honorary chairman, Zhou Suyue, Tang Juan as consultants.At the same time, in order to strengthen the external contact of the park, drive the enterprises in the park to go abroad, and promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of overseas high-level talents in the park, the team of "Malanshan OCA International Friendship Volunteers" was established.

Li Ming delivered a speech on behalf of the Party Working Committee and management Committee of Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industry Park.He hoped that after the establishment of Malanshan OCA, all members would concentrate their efforts and further improve the level of service for overseas Chinese.We will listen to the voices of the relatives of overseas Chinese, actively reflect their wishes, and earnestly protect their legitimate rights and interests.At the same time, we should focus on the high-quality development of the park, constantly innovate, deeply cultivate various application fields, rely on outstanding united Front figures and position carriers, actively attract talents and talents, and give full play to the unique role of overseas Chinese.
