The photos, taken on November 16, 2021, show visitors appreciating calligraphy works during a special calligraphy exhibition at the Hunan Art Museum.

A special exhibition entitled “Yan Zhenqing's Calligraphic Style in Hunan Since the Late Qing Dynasty (1840-1911)” kicked off that day, displaying 50 pieces or sets of precious cultural relics.

Underpinned by the inheritance of Chinese calligraphy master Yan Zhenqing's calligraphic style over the past nearly 200 years in Hunan, the exhibition shows the influence and development of Yan's calligraphic style in Hunan.

The exhibition is open to the public free of charge, and will last until February 12, 2022.
