Changsha attends 2021 forum on Cooperation between China and Pakistan

The 2021 Forum on Cooperation between China and Pakistan Friendship Provinces and Cities was held on December 9, both online and offline. The forum was hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Embassy of Pakistan in China.

The Changsha sub-venue of the forum was located at the Changsha High-tech Zone International Science & Technology Business Platform. The Changsha sub-venue activities were undertaken by the Changsha National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Special Area (Changsha) of the “Hunan Enterprises Going Abroad +” Comprehensive Service Platform.

The theme of the forum was “Win-win Cooperation for Common Development”. The participants reached broad consensus on building an even closer China-Pakistan community with a shared future and promoting regional economic, trade and cultural exchanges and cooperation. They also agreed to release the Joint Declaration on Win-win Cooperation and Common Development between China and Pakistan.

Kong Yiping, deputy director of the Office of Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, attended offline at the Changsha sub-venue.
