The
2022 Hunan Online Lunar New Year's Shopping Festival will be launched
on January 11, 2022. It is hosted by the Hunan Department of Commerce.
Following the government-guided, enterprise-oriented, and market-driven
principle, the event will motivate strength of all walks of life to
create a bustling consumption atmosphere online, and a safe and
convenient online consumption environment. A
“Hometown Product” livestreaming marketing festival, a part of the
event, will invite dozens of Chinese top livestreaming hosts, starts,
and local internet celebrities, to participate, and provide more than
100 quality hometown product brands and Hunan’s featured agricultural
products. Meanwhile, the Department of Commerce will organize sub-venue
activities in cities and prefecture where conditions permit, to
highlight Hunan characteristics, expand influence, and recommend Hunan’s
featured activities and products. The
event will be launched at the Mango Public Livestreaming Base. A 7-day
livestreaming marketing activity will be held then. Booths of cities and
prefecture will be arranged at the Hunan Gaoqiao Grand Market to
realize online and offline interaction. A long-term mechanism of Lunar
New Year’s Shopping Festival will be built in collaboration with
Hunan-based e-commercial platforms, such as Xingsheng Youxuan
group-buying brand, Friendship & Apollo, and Happigo, to organize
