Yao people make smoked meat to boost rural revitalization

On January 6, villagers sorted smoked meat at Zhulinping Village, Menlouxia Yao Township, Xintian County. In recent years, the village has adopted the "cooperative + farmer" mode. It encourages villagers to breed pigs and make traditional Yao smoked meat by taking advantage of its selenium-rich land resources and unique ecological and geographical environment. The products are popular with customers in the surrounding areas and in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao due to their good quality. And the demand is exceeding supply.
