Talent apartment complex built to attract talents

The photo, taken on March 5, shows the newly-completed Malanshan Talent Apartment Project in Changsha. Accommodation application and reservation began that day. The talent apartment complex is located at the intersection of Binhe Road and Lanshan Road, Kaifu District, Changsha. It covers a construction area of 36,000 square meters and has 998 apartments.

As an important supporting project of the Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, the apartment complex will be managed for rental on a market-oriented basis.
