Facing the epidemic, Changsha immediately launched an emergency plan to guarantee market supply. More than 40 key enterprises were organized to ensure the smooth operation in the links of production, inventory, logistics, and contactless delivery.

The Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce monitors the supply, inventory, and wholesale and retail prices of goods, as well as the reserves and sales in bases and circulation links on a daily basis. All these efforts are to ensure sufficient supplies in case of emergency.
