Five Hunan enterprises included in Top 50 intelligent manufacturing list

The China Internet Week of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, eNet Research Institute, and Deben Consulting jointly issued the 2021 China’s Top 50 Intelligent Manufacturing Rankings. Five Hunan enterprises made the list, including Sany Group, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Lens Technology, Truking Technology Limited, and Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.

A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation has been accelerated, thanks to the development of information technology and artificial intelligence. The intelligent manufacturing has become the commanding height and main direction for Hunan manufacturing enterprises to seize development opportunities.

Hunan enterprises accounted for one-tenth of the “Top 50” list. Some central and large enterprises such as CRRC, TBEA, and BYD also have Hunan intelligent manufacturing elements. CRRC ZELC took the lead in realizing the digitization of the whole process of bogie manufacturing in the world. TBEA Hengyang Branch invested in the construction of the first 5G smart factory in the national power transmission and transformation industry. BYD Changsha Branch relied on intelligent manufacturing to form a strong productivity. A set of electric assemblies of the DM-i super hybrid system rolls off the production line every 3 minutes, which is fully equipped for all DM-i models of BYD Auto.
