The Former Residence of Hu Linyi, a prominent general, strategist, and officer of the Xiang Army in the late Qing Dynasty, opened to the public on July 4, 2022. It is located at Hulinyi Village, Quanjiaohe Town, Heshan District, Yiyang. A restoration project of the residence was launched in September 2020, to build it into an honest and clean government culture education base of Yiyang City and boost local cultural tourism development.
