On September 21, the Symposium for Leaders of Overseas Returnee Organizations and Commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the China Returnee Entrepreneurship Service Alliance, part of the 13th Overseas Returnees Forum, was held at Tongguanyao, Wangcheng District, Changsha.

来自国内、省内部分青年海归组织负责人代表齐聚一堂，共叙海归情谊，共谋发展新篇。

Representative leaders of some youth overseas returnee organizations from across China and Hunan Province gathered to renew their ties as overseas returnees and forge a new chapter of development.

十年来，全国各地侨联青委会、海归协会、欧美同学会青年委员会等各类青年海归组织守望相助，在青年海归人才联络、创新创业帮扶、海内外青年交往交流等方面开展了大量务实协作。

Over the past decade, youth organizations including the Youth Committees of Overseas Chinese Federations, Overseas Returnee Associations, and Youth Committees of the Western Returned Scholars Association nationwide have supported one another through thick and thin. They have conducted extensive pragmatic cooperation in pooling young returnee talents, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, and facilitating exchanges between Chinese and foreign youth.
