On September 8, the cooperation and exchange event under the theme "Gathering Overseas Chinese Talent in Hunan, Forging Ahead Toward the Future" – hosted by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance for New Overseas Chinese under the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese in support of Hunan's high-quality development – kicked off in Changsha.

会上，长沙市商务局及湖南湘江新区分别作招商引资宣传推介，详细介绍了长沙及湘江新区优越的营商环境和广阔的投资机遇。

At the event, the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Hunan Xiangjiang New Area each delivered investment promotion presentations, highlighting the superior business environment and vast investment opportunities in Changsha and the Xiangjiang New Area.

活动期间举行了创新创业项目路演专场活动，5个优质项目依次登台展示，覆盖跨境平台、出海服务、新一代信息技术等发展赛道。会后，与会嘉宾前往长沙多地开展实地考察，详细了解企业在技术攻关、成果转化及市场拓展等方面的实践经验。

During the event, a dedicated roadshow session for innovation and entrepreneurship projects was held, featuring five high-quality projects that took the stage in turn, spanning sectors such as cross-border platforms, go-global services, and next-generation information technology. After the event, the participatinging guests conducted field visits to multiple locations across Changsha to gain an in-depth understanding of enterprises' practical experience in technological breakthroughs, commercialization of R&D outcomes, and market expansion.

9月9日，嘉宾们还将前往海归小镇、马栏山创智园、湖南省低空经济产业园等地参观考察。

On September 9, the guests will also visit the Overseas Returnees Town, the Malanshan Creators' Park, and the Hunan Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Park, among other places.
