On March 26, the 3rd Plenary Session of the 9th Committee of Hunan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese was held in Changsha.

会议传达了中国侨联十一届五次全委会议精神，审议并通过省侨联九届三次全委会议工作报告，总结了2025年侨联工作，部署2026年重点任务。

The session conveyed the guiding principles of the 5th Plenary Session of the 11th Committee of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, deliberated and adopted the work report of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 9th Committee of Hunan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, reviewed the federation’s work in 2025, and laid out key tasks for 2026.
