双语丨丙午（2026）年舜裔舜商、华人华侨公祭舜帝典礼在宁远县九嶷山举行

5月23日，丙午（2026）年舜裔舜商、华人华侨公祭舜帝典礼在永州市宁远县九嶷山举行。舜裔舜商（含港澳台同胞）、华人华侨代表约千余人齐聚九嶷，共同缅怀中华民族人文始祖舜帝。

On May 23, 2026, the Bingwu lunar year, a public memorial ceremony for Emperor Shun, cultural ancestor of the Chinese nation, was held at Mount. Jiuyi in Ningyuan County, Yongzhou City. Nearly 1,000 representatives including descendants of Emperor Shun, clan business figures and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as overseas Chinese gathered here to pay homage to this great ancestral sage  of the Chinese nation. 

舜帝陵2022年被确认为“中国华侨国际文化交流基地”，是海内外舜裔宗亲及华人华侨寻根问祖的精神家园。

The Mausoleum of Emperor Shun was designated as "China International Cultural Exchange Base for Overseas Chinese" in 2022, serving as a spiritual homeland for descendants of Emperor Shun and Chinese compatriots worldwide to seek ancestral roots.

9时29分，伴随着鸣炮9响、击鼓9通、鸣金9响，公祭典礼正式拉开帷幕。典礼结束后，全体参祭人员恭谒圣陵，绕陵瞻仰，追思先德。

At 9:29 a.m., accompanied by nine cannon salutes, nine rounds of drumbeats, and nine strikes of the gong, the public memorial ceremony officially commenced. Upon the conclusion of the ceremony, all participants reverently visited and circled the sacred mausoleum in tribute, recalling the noble virtues of Emperor Shun.
