Linwu County develops taro industry

On December 25, the taro fields were covered with film so that the taro can overwinter safely and keep fresh in Heyu Village, Shunfeng Town, Linwu County. In recent years, the county has expanded its taro industry and adopted the development model of "company plus cooperative plus family farm". There are more than 100,000 mu (6,666.7 ha.) of taro plantations in the county, with an annual output of more than 300,000 tons and an output value of more than 1 billion yuan.
