People Celebrated the "Sixth Month Sixth" Festival in Fenghuang

The grand festival began with the tuneful songs in Miaoling village, and the sound of trees and leaves spread cheerful feelings. On July 23rd, which is the sixth day of the sixth lunar month, a great “Sixth Month Sixth” Miao Song Festival was held in Heku Town and Luochaojing Town, Fenghuang County. Tens of thousands of Miao compatriots from the Hunan-Guizhou border area and tourists gathered together to celebrate the traditional Miao festival “Sixth Month Sixth”. They sang songs to greet friends and played the drum to express their good feelings. All of these presented a rich and colorful feast of original ecological folk culture to guests from different places.
