双语丨国家先进制造业集群数量居全国第三 产业湘军成为参与全球竞争的重要力量

9月21日，省政府新闻办举行“打造国家重要先进制造业高地”新闻发布会。会上发布，湖南率先建立起省领导联系产业链（群）机制，编制“一图四库一清单”，建设“国家先进制造业集群培育池”，资金、政策和力量等资源加快向先进制造业集群集聚，培育出4个国家先进制造业集群，数量居全国第三，中西部第一。

On September 21, Hunan Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference on “Building a National Important Advanced Manufacturing Highland”. It was announced at the conference that Hunan has taken the lead in establishing a mechanism for provincial leaders to contact industrial chains (groups), complied “one map, four databases and one list”, and built a “national advanced manufacturing cluster cultivation pool”. Resources such as funds, policies and strength have accelerated the development of advanced manufacturing the gathering of industrial clusters has fostered four national advanced manufacturing clusters, ranking third in the country in number and first in the central and western regions.

其中，工程机械产业集群拥有全球工程机械制造商50强企业5家，全球每下线10台混凝土机械就有8台产自湖南；轨道交通装备产业集群在方圆5公里内可解决80%以上配套产品和技术，电力机车占全球市场份额27%，居全球第一；新一代自主安全计算系统产业集群以“根技术”发展“根产业”，首创“两芯一生态”技术体系，并加快向“鹏腾”生态演进，“六机七芯”产品国产市场占有率全国第一；中小航空发动机产业集群在中小航空发动机、轻型燃气轮机等领域处于国内领先地位，中国每生产10台中小型航空发动机就有9台产自湖南。

Among them, the construction machinery industry cluster has 5 of the world’s top 50 construction machinery manufactures, and 8 of every 10 concrete machinery offline in the world are produced in Hunan; the rail transit equipment industry cluster can provide more than 80% of the supporting facilities within a radius of 5 kilometers. Products and technologies, electric locomotives account for 27% of the global market share, ranking first in the world; the new generation of autonomous safety computing system industry cluster develops “root industry” with “root technology”, pioneers the “two cores and one ecology” technology system,and accelerates its development towards “Pengteng” ecological evolution, the domestic market share of “six machines and seven cores” products ranks first in the country; the small and medium-sized aero engines industry cluster is in a leading position in the country in the fields of small and medium-sized aero engines, light gas turbines, etc. For every 10 small and medium-sized aero engines produced in China, 9 units are produced in Hunan.

与此同时，先进储能材料、先进硬质材料、输变电、新能源汽车、现代石化、生物医药等产业集群在长沙、株洲、岳阳、衡阳等地多点开花，成为国家先进制造业集群的“后备军”。郴州永兴县稀贵金属、娄底新化县电子陶瓷、益阳赫山区铝电解电容器3个产业集群入选国家级中小企业特色产业集群，为先进制造业集群建设、县域经济高质量发展提供了重要支撑。

At the same time, industrial clusters such as advanced energy storage materials, advanced hard  materials, power transmission and transformation , new energy vehicles, modern petrochemicals, and bio-medicine have blossomed in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Yueyang, Hengyang and other places, becoming national advanced manufacturing clusters “Reserve Force”. Three industrial clusters: rare and precious metals in Yongxing County of Chenzhou, electronic ceramics in Xinhua Country of Loudi, and aluminum electrolytic capacitors in Heshan District of Yiyang were selected as national small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industrial clusters, providing important support for the construction of advanced manufacturing clusters and high-quality development of the country economy.
