On June 24, fire and emergency rescue personnel from the Furong District Fire and Rescue Brigade, Changsha City used a rubber boat to transfer more than 220 kids and teachers who were trapped by floodwater at the Changsha Railway First Kindergarten. On that day, Changsha encountered heavy rainfall, prompting the city's flood control emergency response to be raised to level Ⅲ. Fire and rescue brigades, public security traffic police, municipal administration, and other departments quickly took the lead in disaster relief efforts, presenting numerous touching moments in the rainstorm.
