近日，湖南省侨商联合会第四次会员代表大会在长沙召开。

Recently, the fourth congress of the Hunan Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs was held in Changsha.

本次大会听取和审议了一系列工作报告，通过了系列决议草案，并选举毛冰花为湖南省侨商联合会第四届理事会会长，王一鸣为执行会长。

The congress heard and reviewed a series of work reports, adopted a series of draft resolutions, and elected Mao Binghua as the president of the fourth council of the Hunan Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs and Wang Yiming as the executive president.

会议期间，湖南省侨商联合会还与英国湖南同乡会等4个海外侨社团，以及贵州侨商企业联合会等4个兄弟商会签订友好合作协议。

During the meeting, the federation also signed friendly cooperation agreements with four overseas Chinese associations, including the British Hunan Fellow Association, and four fraternal chambers of commerce, including the Guizhou Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs.
