近日，“聚侨兴湘 海纳英才”2024世界名校博士长沙行活动举行。来自哈佛大学、牛津大学、剑桥大学、斯坦福大学、帝国理工学院、清华大学等10余所海内外知名高校的近40名博士受邀参加，其中8名海外博士与相关单位达成合作意向。

Recently, the 2024 World Top University PhDs’ Visit to Changsha event themed on "Attracting Overseas Talents to Hunan to Boost Its Development" was successfully held. Nearly 40 PhDs from over 10 prestigious universities worldwide, including Harvard University, the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, Stanford University, Imperial College London, and Tsinghua University, were invited to attend. Among them, 8 overseas PhDs reached cooperation agreements with relevant institutions and organizations.

据悉，为提升活动成效，实现人才与用人单位“双向奔赴”，省、市侨联统筹资源，与全市高校、民营经济领军企业等优质引才主体资源进行深入对接，集中发布人才需求，共促成8名海外博士与企业、高校、医院等单位现场签约。

It is reported that, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the event and achieve a "win-win" situation for both talents and employers, the provincial and municipal overseas Chinese federations coordinated resources and conducted in-depth connections with high-quality talent introduction entities such as local universities and leading private enterprises. They concentrated on releasing talent needs and facilitated on-site signing agreements between 8 overseas PhDs and companies, universities, hospitals, and other institutions.
