The 2024 China (Zhangjiajie) International New Acrobatic Theatre Festival kicked off on August 23. It is scheduled to last till August 27. The festival featured 25 top acrobatic shows staged by acrobats from 17 countries and regions including France, Canada, Australia, Russia, and the United Kingdom, allowing residents and tourists to feel the unique charm of new acrobatics. The event was under the guidance of the China Acrobats Association, the Publicity Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and Hunan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and hosted by the Hunan Provincial Performance Group and the People's Government of Zhangjiajie City.
