Hengyang Culture and Tourism Enjoy Rising Fame

On the evening of September 21, audience capture wonderful moments during the fireworks show at the opening ceremony of the Third Hunan Tourism Development Conference.

The Third Hunan Tourism Development Conference was held in Hengyang City between September 20 and 22, 2024.

The mascot of the conference named 'Huo Chu Quan' (火出圈), signifies the idea of making oneself known beyond a fixed circle. Hengyang, as the host city, has gained recognition for its booming cultural and tourism industry.

During the provincial tourism development conference, 68 cultural tourism projects made their debut, injecting new vitality into Hengyang City. The city has become a new destination for many tourists. The famous mountain culture, Chuanshan culture, industrial culture, red or revolutionary culture, and Shou (longevity) culture have empowered tourism in Hengyange, attracting numerous young visitors with a variety of internet-famous scenic spots that blend traditional charm with modern trends.

The Hengshan Mountain, Suzhouwan Ancient Street, and Baoweili Cultural Creative Block are filled with throngs of people. The Linghu Park has become a good choice for residents and tourists to take a "city walk".

The Third Hunan Tourism Development Conference has fully unlocked  the potential of Hengyang's culture and tourism, turning the old industrial base into a fashionable trendy city. The great changes have even surprised the locals of Hengyang, who are eager to invite friends to enjoy the city on weekends.
