China Post on Friday released a set of special stamps to celebrate the upcoming Chinese zodiac Year of the Dragon. In Changsha, Hunan Province, many residents came to the post office and lined up to purchase stamps. A set contains two stamps with different patterns, and the face value of the full set is 2.4 yuan (about 0.34 U.S. dollars). China has released zodiac stamps annually since 1980, a Year of the Monkey. Source: Ecns
