A delegation led by Peng Huason, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and executive vice mayor of Changsha, visited Kenya and Uganda from May 8 to 14. The visit is part of the city's efforts to thoroughly learn and implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions made during his inspection tours in Hunan, vigorously implement the requirements of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the Hunan Provincial People's Government on deepening economic and trade cooperation with Africa, and strengthen Changsha-Africa exchanges for win-win cooperation.
