To mark China's National Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day on May 12, the Hunan provincial government held a series of centralized publicity activities at Changsha Xihu Park. Events include emergency drills, science popularization, on-site experience, equipment display, and a prize-giving quiz. The aim was to enhance the public's awareness of disaster prevention and reduction and their self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities, thus strengthening the people's line of defense.
