The 2024 Changsha Marathon & National Half Marathon Championships (4th Station) kicked off at 7:30 a.m. on October 20. Dadiso Kuftu Tahir from Ethiopia won the first place in the women's group with a time of 2 hours, 23 minutes, and 13 seconds.
