On January 8, people purchased commodities at the 2025 Changsha City Supporting Longshan County via Consumption - Chinese Lunar New Year Shopping Festival. A variety of Longshan specialties were provided at the festival, such as Longshan Tujia preserved meat, Wulong Mountain tea, camellia oil, navel oranges, honey, fern root noodles, and selenium-enriched rice. It also presented such folk activities as making ciba—a round-shaped glutinous rice cake, and grinding tofu.
