Hunan Delegation's third plenary meeting to review Government Work Report

3月6日下午，湖南代表团在驻地举行第三次全体会议，审议政府工作报告。

　　Hunan Delegation holds the third plenary meeting for reviewing the government work report delivered in the current session of the 12th National People's Congress, on March 6,Beijing.

　　红网北京3月6日讯（时刻新闻记者 刘玉先 廖洁 杨杨 湖南日报记者 刘文韬 冒蕞）今天下午，湖南代表团在驻地举行第三次全体会议，审议政府工作报告。全国人大常委会副委员长张平参加审议。国务委员王勇到会听取意见。

　　Rednet (Beijing): On the afternoon of March 6, Hunan delegation held the third plenary meeting for reviewing the government work report delivered in the current session of the 12th National People's Congress. Zhang Ping, vice-chairman of the NPC Standing Committee joined the panel discussion; State Councilor Wang Yong also attended the meeting for listening to suggestions.

　　代表团团长杜家毫主持会议，副团长许达哲、乌兰、韩永文参加审议。参加审议的还有：徐守盛、胡衡华、李江、张剑飞、赖明勇、康为民、游劝荣、黄伯云、于来山、赵永平等代表。到会听取意见的还有：国务院办公厅应急办、国家发改委、财政部有关负责人。

　　Head of Hunan delegation Du Jiahao presided over the meeting, deputy head of Hunan delegation (Xu Dazhe, Wu Lan and Han Yongwen) and other deputies including Xu Shousheng, Hu Henghua, Li Jiang, Zhang Jianfei, Lai Mingyong, Kang Weimin, You Quanrong, Huang Boyun, Yu Laishan, Zhao Yongping, etc. joined the panel discussion. Besides, related cadres from General Office of the State Council, National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance attended the meeting for listening to suggestions.

　　王勇说，要紧密结合湖南实际，把地区发展规划与国家发展规划进一步对标，完善发展方向和思路，使湖南的发展更好地融合到国家的经济社会发展规划中。

　　Wang Yong stated that, Hunan province shall closely combine actual conditions and integrate regional development plan with national economic and social development plan to foster better growth.

　　许达哲代表说，湖南要始终坚持“两个毫不动摇”，既要加快培育大型龙头骨干企业，进一步把省属国企加速做强做大，又要为广大民营企业和中小企业提供更优服务和更大支持，努力发展更多具有创新特色的小巨人企业。许达哲代表还建议，进一步支持湖南发挥“一带一部”区位优势和长株潭国家自主创新示范区平台作用，建设好长株潭“中国制造2025”试点示范城市群，创建长株潭国家军民融合创新示范区；推动湖南一批具备条件的县和特大镇有序设市。

　　Xu Dazhe stated that, Hunan shall accelerate developing large-scale leading enterprises, strengthening provincial state-owned enterprises, and providing quality support for private enterprises, small and medium enterprises. Xu also suggested Hunan province to furtherplay the advantageous role of the “One Belt & One Region” strategy,to support the construction ofChangsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city cluster, and to build Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan “China Manufacturing 2025” pilot , etc.
