Changping Village: diverse development due to classified policies
长坪村位于国家级贫困县泸溪县的浦市古镇，长坪村由原长坪村、丰堆村、硬晒村、茅冲口村四村合并而成，属于丘陵地带。全村有耕地面积3195亩，旱地面积645亩，林地面积3425亩，总人口705户，3332人，2014年建档立卡贫困户227户868人，目前有贫困人口186户，666人，计划到2017年底全部脱贫。
Changping Village is a mountain area in Pushi Town of Luxi County which was one of State-level poverty-stricken counties, with 3195 acres of cultivated land, 645 acres of dry-land area, 3425 acres of forest land and population 3,332 persons from 705 families. According to the file of year 2014, poverty population was 868 persons from 227 families, and number reduced to 666 persons from 186 families currently. The poverty alleviation work should be done in 2017.

Jingzhi Village: "Accelerators" for Precise Poverty Alleviation
荆枝村山多路窄，山上5个村组没通路进不了车，村民所需的农资建材、家具电器甚至饮水，都靠驮马运上来。
Jingzhi Village used to have muddy mountain roads, and no automobiles could access the five groups of the village in the mountains. Agricultural materials, furniture and appliances and even drinking water that the villagers needed had to be carried to their homes by mules.

Tangtouping Village: Out of Poverty
湖南省江华瑶族自治县是国家扶贫开发工作重点县，这里是民族地区、革命老区。距离县城10公里的沱江镇塘头坪村，是名副其实的贫困村。
Jianghua Yao autonomous County, Hunan province, is a national key poverty-alleviation county, an area of ethnic groups residence and a revolutionary base. Ten kilometers from the county, Tangtouping Village of Tuojiang Town was a village of poverty two years ago.
2014年，塘头坪村全村人均年纯收入仅2310元；到了2015年，人均年纯收入达到了3800元。该村2014年脱贫10户38人，2015年整村完成脱贫，村小学、村综合大楼等基础设施也得到了改善更新。

2015年4月，随着湖南省委办公厅扶贫队驻村帮扶，通路通水，旅游业、电商平台发展迅猛，沅陵县学宗溪村这个古老村庄焕发别样生机。
Since the poverty-relief team appointed by General Office of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee stationed in Xuezongxi Village, Yuanling County in April 2015, the village has been revitalized under conditions of good transportation and water supply, rapid development of tourism and e-commerce platform.
政府投入近300万元，建成农家乐达40余家，目前已培养5户以上“五星级农家乐”和旅游服务业带头人，创办星级休闲农庄和家庭农场。每周到村旅游的人数达到500人，带动村民创收超过6万元，越来越多的老百姓从发展乡村旅游经济中尝到甜头、获得实惠。

On April 8, 2015, the poverty-relief team of the General Office and Research Laboratory of Hunan Provincial Government stationed in Xionglong village.
2015年6月24日，时任湖南省委副书记、省长杜家毫（现湖南省委书记）来到雄龙村调研扶贫工作，提出要在产业发展和长效机制上下功夫，使扶贫成果可持续。为更好地帮助雄龙村贫困户脱贫，省政府办公厅、省政府研究室机关29个处室和村里52户贫困户分别“结对子”，从产业发展、危房改造、技能培训等方面开展扶贫工作。

The poverty incidence is over 25% and the village’s collective debt achieves more than 200,000 yuan. The village has a single industrial structure of one-season rice for food and honeysuckle for income. The village also has weak infrastructure.
脱贫的春风来了，2015年4月14日，湖南省委政研室（省委改革办）驻芷江县五郎溪村工作队进驻，一年多时间来，这个村子在基层党建、产业发展、基础设施、思想转变等方面发生了翻天覆地的变化。
On April 14, 2015, the poverty-relief team of the Political Research Office of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee stationed in Wulangxi Village, Zhijiang County. Over the past more than one year, the village has radical changes.
